Who we are

MLP Automotive Ltd ("we"), based in Stoke-on-Trent, provides mobile vehicle security, tracking, dash camera and remapping services. You can contact us at info@mlpinstallations.co.uk or 07377 426188.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, postcode and the message you send. We use these only to quote for and carry out the work you've asked about.

How we use your details

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out installations, and provide aftercare. We do not sell or pass your details to third parties for marketing. Enquiry details are stored securely and only accessible to MLP Automotive.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors; this data is aggregated and does not identify you.

On our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising pages only, we also load Meta's measurement pixel, run by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It records that a visitor reached the page and whether an enquiry was started, using a browser identifier and basic device, page and referrer information, so we can see which adverts led to genuine enquiries and improve our adverts. It does not receive your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details or postcode.

In countries where the law requires your consent before an advertising cookie like this may run — including the UK, the EU and Switzerland — we do not load Meta's pixel at all, so visitors in those countries are not measured and no advertising cookie is placed. Everywhere else it runs by default. If you would rather we did not measure you at all, tell us through any enquiry or by emailing us and we will stop; you can also limit how Meta links this activity to your Facebook or Instagram account in the ad preferences inside your own Facebook or Instagram settings.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, including warranty and aftercare records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
